According to Their Works

I don't know how I ended up here today because I don't know a lot about Revelation. I am learning to just follow!

I spent many years as a Christian making wrong choices and I know that I will not enjoy answering for those choices when I face God. But I am willing and even glad to do so. It means that I finally made the right choice and that the end result will be so overwhelming and wonderful that those moments or years as my life's mistakes play before me, with tears and pain, all of that will be erased and I will enter the Kingdom of God for eternity.

What will your life record show? Start thinking and acting as if it matters because it does.
Read your Bible, God's handbook of life to us. Make choices you will be glad to answer for!

Revelation 20:12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

  1. Yes, a giant 3-D, 360 degree movie, I think. But, wait, you've forgotten one important thing.

Every sin (every wrong choice) that we confess to Christ and ask forgiveness for is G-O-N-E! God casts them as far from Him as the East is from the West. He puts our sins behind His back and CHOOSES to forget that they ever happened.
He CHOOSES to do that for you and me.

Under the blood of Jesus those sins are washed completely away. Not just from me...but from God, too.

I don't know about you, but that makes me gloriously happy.
