Picture Perfect Friday

On Labor day my grandson N and I went for an early morning pic-nik. I got up at 6:30am made waffles and eggs (thus: sandwiches), cooked up some little sausage links and we headed for the park.

It's too hot during the day but, being the "super" intelligent people that we are (uh-hum!) we beat the heat and had a beautiful morning pic-nik. He played on the swings and climbed the plastic mountains having a really nice fun time.

Just a few pictures here to share.

Wonderful and Blessed Weekend to You All!

God's love is as great as He is:
Romans 8
38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  1. Sounds like a wonderful way to spend some quality time alone with your grandson.

    Cool pix, too!

  2. Beat the heat and the crowds, what could be better? Sounds like the two of you had a great day. I love that first shot. it looks awesome in black and white.

  3. Thanks Jean and Annie, it was a great day.
