Have you all seen the Progressive insurance commercials? I think that actress is so cute, her character "Flo" is so cute and perky.
The one where she says "and we're walking, and we're walking" makes me think of my tiny steps, hence the title.
I have discovered that I can be lackadaisically about my steps, I mean by waiting for the next one, hm! I need to be taking a new step every day and catching what God hands me as I need it. Maybe He gets tired of waiting on me waiting on Him. Yes, this is something else I have learned as I take these tiny steps - I for sure need to do more "stepping out there".
Trusting that He will hand me what I need as I need it is what I should be doing.
I knew that! It's another one of those 'thumps on the head' God has to give me every now and then. I heard You Lord, I felt You.

ReplyDeleteKeep moving forward in my walk with the Lord. Oh, how Satan wants us to keep our focus on the past. But the Lord wants us to move and grow and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, not our past.
